The firm is committed to data-driven and quantifiable sustainable design strategies and maintains an array of specialized tools for both the empirical testing and the mathematical modeling of energy-efficient designs. Robert Heintges is an invited member of the New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s Green Codes Task Force, whose mission is to revise and renew NYC building codes in a manner that will position New York City on the forefront of sustainable design in light of the threats posed by climate change.
