NYU Kimmel Center for University Life

IMAGES:
Located prominently on the south side of Washington Square Park in Manhattan, the new 12-story student center for N.Y.U. houses a state-of-the-art 1,000-seat theater, large lecture halls, offices, student-club meeting rooms, and several dining facilities. Various custom glazing systems punctuate the precast concrete volumes. Precast concrete panels are faced with limestone or brick.
The glazing systems for this project include unitized curtain wall, punched windows with Indiana limestone mullions, storefronts, and point-supported canopy and glazing.
