OVERVIEW
Heintges & Associates offers a complete range of curtain wall consulting services through all phases of design and construction. We can assist with the comprehensive realization of the building envelope from conceptual design through final punch-list inspection, or during any particular phase or for any portion of a project.
Basic pre-construction services by phase include system design, engineering, documentation and specification, and bidding (tendering). During Construction Administration, our services include mock-up review and testing; shop drawing and submittals review; and quality-control inspections on site, in the factory during fabrication and assembly, and at the various material suppliers.
We also offer a full menu of supplementary services, either as a part of basic services, or provided separately. These include materials evaluation, research, and development; wind, seismic, and blast-load analysis and engineering; thermal analysis and modeling; energy analysis and compliance; daylighting analysis; New York City Department of Buildings Special Inspections; owner representation; and peer review, to name a few.
