One Raffles Quay is the first development in a newly reclaimed marina district in downtown Singapore. Rising 50 stories, the paired towers make a distinctive imprint on this section of the Singapore skyline.  The building envelope consists of more than 800,000 sq. ft. of custom designed, fully unitized, glass-and-metal curtain wall system.  

Heintges was engaged as exterior curtain wall consultant to the architect and owner for all phases of design, bid negotiation, testing, and construction administration.
