Enclosure Commissioning
We provide in-depth BECx services, from reviewing and developing Project Requirements through Construction Administration and Post-Occupancy phases. We support complex projects in achieving rigorous performance metrics for whole building air infiltration (e.g. NetZero), LEED EA enhanced commissioning credits, WELL certification, and cross-contract coordination at challenging enclosure system interface conditions. Our practice routinely includes projects aiming to achieve the most stringent and up-to-date building certification standards such as Passive House.
